Building and raising up leaders in the art of worship, in order to assist the church-body in experiencing, knowing, and cherishing the love and sacrifice of Jesus Christ. So that the Kingdom of God may be advanced. Members of the worship team are coached and guided in their gifts to best express their abilities during worship.
